Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and alph66 (hereinafter referred to as "alph66", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible atalph66.cam.

To register and maintain an account with alph66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are natural person of at least 21 years of age. alph66 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the platform. This requirement exists regardless of any lower age threshold applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
3. You do not hold, and have not previously held, any other account with alph66. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method is permitted.
4. You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, court order, self-exclusion programme, or regulatory requirement.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of alph66 or any affiliated entity.
6. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country residence.
7. The funds you deposit are from lawful sources and you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used.

Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on the alph66 platform requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

alph66 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address, dated within three months.

• You will not use the platform to engage in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• You consent to alph66 recording and retaining records of all transactions and interactions on the platform for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
• You agree that in the event of any technical malfunction or communication error affecting the outcome of a bet or game session, alph66's records shall be the definitive reference.

alph66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or service offered on the platform at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes, but cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances.

Deposits

alph66 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT, ETH) are also accepted.

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.
• Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• alph66 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are not held in an interest-bearing account and no interest will be paid to users on their account balances.
• alph66 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be adequately verified or that is suspected to involve fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions and processing timelines:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits on the same account, except where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals.
• All KYC requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–30 minutes. Standard bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. alph66 reserves the right to delay processing for up to three (3) business days where additional verification is required.
• Winings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• alph66 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on account tier level. VIP members have access to higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

alph66 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously held an account with alph66, in the case of welcome bonuses.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") as specified in the individual promotion terms. A typical wagering requirement ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before real money funds are used, unless the platform interface explicitly displays otherwise.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., live casino may contribute at 10% of stake towards rollover).
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts or players.
• alph66 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus interpretation, alph66's determination shall be final.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse and matched betting using multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and potential account suspension.

Birthday Bonus: The tiered birthday bonus (ranging from MYR 188 for Bronze members to MYR 2,688 for VIP Diamond members) is credited once per calendar year to eligible verified accounts during the User's birthday month. Standard wagering requirements apply.

Referal Programme: Users who successfully refer a new registered player (who completes a minimum qualifying deposit) will receive a referal bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral. There is no cap on the number of valid referrals. Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of qualification confirmation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the alph66 platform:

• All bets are placed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the user has configured cryptocurrency as their preferred currency.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified except where the platform expressly permits a cash-out function for that specific market.
• In the event of a sporting event cancellation, postponement, or result dispute, bets will be settled in accordance with alph66's specific sport-by-sport rules, available on request from customer support.
• alph66 reserves the right to void any bet where pricing error, technical fault, or data feed error has materially affected the displayed odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market. These limits vary by sport and bet type. Players are advised to check applicable limits before placing large wagers.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. alph66 does not influence, manipulate, or adjust game outcomes.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective studio dealer and applicable gaming rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, the round will be settled according to the last confirmed game state recorded by the studio server.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alph66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen payment details, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or any deceptive conduct intended to obtain funds from alph66 or other users.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per person, household, or shared device — including accounts used to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated Betting Systems: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets, spin slots, or interact with casino games.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including use of multiple accounts, VPN rotation, or other methods to claim bonuses beyond permitted limits.
• Match Fixing or Insider Information: Placing bets based on knowledge of match-fixing arrangements, insider information, or any outcome improperly influenced by a third party.
• VPN / Proxy Circumvention: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a mechanism to launder proceeds of crime or to disguise the origin of funds in any manner.

Responsible Gambling

alph66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and should never negatively impact a player's financial wellbeing, mental health, or personal relationships.

• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use the alph66 brand, logo, or any associated trademark in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any external website or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alph66 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failure.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or unavailability of any game.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform.
• Actions of third-party payment providers or technical partners outside our direct control.

Where alph66's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. alph66 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

Suspension & Termination

alph66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to a specific individual or jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity exceding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable law.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting alph66 customer support. Verified remaining real-money balances (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and absence of any active investigation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alph66 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provisions require otherwise.

alph66 does not accept jurisdiction claims under Malaysian law for matters relating to the operation of the platform or the resolution of betting disputes. Malaysian players acknowledge and accept this limitation by virtue of their use of the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

alph66 reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and request account closure.
